1. Is my booking a private or shared transfer?
All our transfers are completely private. You and your group will travel in a vehicle reserved exclusively for you, without any stops or waiting for other passengers. We only use vehicles authorized by local transport authorities to ensure your safety and comfort.
2. I can't find my destination in the list of serviced locations. What should I do?
We serve a wide range of destinations in and around Marrakech. If your destination is not listed in our booking engine, please enter the full address, and our system will automatically calculate the distance and provide you with the best available fare.
3. Are there extra fees for paying by credit card?
Yes, there are additional charges for payments made via PayPal or credit card. The final price will include the current transaction fees.
4. Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Yes. Your credit card details are only entered at the final stage of the booking process, where you are redirected to a secure banking server for payment. We do not store or have access to your payment details, ensuring complete security.
5. What is the baggage allowance per person?
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase with a maximum total size of 140 cm (height + width + depth). If you are traveling with more luggage, please select a vehicle with sufficient capacity. If your luggage exceeds the limit, an additional vehicle may be required at an extra cost.
6. Can I bring extra baggage or sports equipment?
Yes, you can bring extra baggage, sports equipment, or other large items. Please indicate your additional baggage needs during the booking process. If the option does not appear for your selected vehicle, mention your requirements in the comments, and we will find the best solution for you.
7. Can I bring a baby carrycot or stroller?
Yes, you can bring a baby carrycot or stroller. Babies and children count as passengers, and they are allowed to carry one piece of luggage (a suitcase or carrycot) along with a handbag. If you need extra space, please book a larger vehicle.
8. A member of my group uses a wheelchair. What should I do?
If someone in your group is traveling with a foldable wheelchair, please indicate it during the booking process. There are no additional charges for this. If you need a vehicle that accommodates an electric wheelchair or mobility scooter, please inform us, and we will arrange an appropriate vehicle.
9. Can I travel with my pet?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please mention it in your booking request, and we will provide a suitable vehicle. Refer to our “General Conditions” for more details on traveling with pets.
10. Will I be dropped off and picked up directly at my hotel/private address?
Yes. All our private transfers take you directly to your hotel or private address. Likewise, we will pick you up from the same location for your return journey.
11. Can I make a stop to collect accommodation keys?
Yes, you can make a short stop (up to 5 minutes) to collect keys, provided it is within the same locality as your final destination. Please indicate this request in the booking process by selecting the “EXTRA STOP” option and providing the exact address.
12. Can I get an invoice for my booking?
Yes. After your booking is completed, you can request an invoice by email.
13. Are prices per vehicle or per person?
Prices are always per vehicle, not per person. The amount you see during booking is the total price for the vehicle and will be the exact amount paid to the driver.
14. How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment is made in cash (Moroccan dirhams or euros) directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. For round-trip bookings, you can pay for each transfer separately.
15. Can I book a transfer within the next 24 hours?
You can book online, but we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute transfers unless you receive a full confirmation email from our team.
16. Where will my driver meet me at Marrakech Airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The exact meeting point will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
17. Are your vehicles licensed and insured?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully licensed and insured in compliance with Moroccan transport regulations. We only work with professional, authorized drivers.
18. Are all fares all-inclusive, or will I be charged extra upon arrival?
All our fares are fixed and fully inclusive. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to the driver unless you request extra services.
19. Can I request a baby seat or booster seat?
Yes, you can request baby seats and booster seats when booking online. This service may include a small additional charge. Alternatively, you can bring your own car seat.
20. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights, so if your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. You won’t be charged extra for the delay, and your driver will wait for up to one hour.
21. Do you offer transfers from other airports in Morocco?
Currently, we specialize in transfers from Marrakech Airport. If you need a transfer from another Moroccan airport, please contact us to check availability.
