General Conditions
Your request to book a service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes formalized once the booking is confirmed.

Pricing

Transfer bookings made by the user are contracted with a specific passenger transport provider. Therefore, the Company shall not be held responsible for issues related to the provision of the service, such as:

• Baggage loss or damage.
• Delays or lack of punctuality.
• Modifications to the service booked.
• Problems or accidents occurring during the journey.

In such cases, the sole responsible party is the transport provider delivering the service. The Company will provide the user with all relevant contact details of the transport provider to facilitate any necessary claims.

Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Marrakech, Morocco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Privacy Notice
In compliance with applicable data protection laws, we inform you that the personal data collected through our online booking form will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of managing your transport reservation with a third-party provider. Additionally, we may use your information to inform you about promotions and services that may be of interest to you, with your explicit consent.
